How to stay beautiful

 Hi all, I am super excited to share some basic things with you, which will help you make yourself more beautiful, that too “physically and mentally” only doing few changes in your daily routine.

As I am a professional beautician and mother of two kids, I truly understand that many of you don’t get time for yourself due to household work, office work, studies and many other responsibilities. but have you ever asked yourself, are we really busy that we can’t even take out some time from 24 hours for ourselves? do all other things are more valuable than our life?. whatever you are doing daily, is that taking care of yourself as well or you are just investing in you're all-time doing things for survival?.

I know everyone loves themself from within and wishes to look stunning all the time, moreover all deserve to be happy and calm at the end of the day but all have to get into a mess. in this blog, I am going to tell you how spending time on yourself will make your life more glamorous and joyful. similarly will share some tips on how to glow naturally like the morning sun.

Sometimes, we get so stressed that we do not feel like we live in the present world. lots of damage is done not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. but we all should know that the mind and beauty are interconnected to each other, e.g if you are under stress for an hour, day or a month it will affect your overall health and show you, in the form of dullness on your face, under-eye circles, hair loss, low energy levels and many other serious diseases. when we are under stress our body releases hormones that disrupt our normal body function and leads to many skin disorders.

I strongly believe that 70% of our beauty depends on our internal health and the rest 30% on topical treatments or care. Therefore if you work on your root cause it will stop your further damage and make you feel healthier from within and outside.

if you follow the following few things it will surely help you in your beauty mission.

keep your stress at bay, to do so, do whatever you love or make you feel happy, it could be anything like talking with your friend, listening to music, dancing, painting or watching your favourite movie. this will engage your mind for that moment and also make you feel better.

shift to a healthy diet. diet plays a vital role in keeping our skin glowing. for example, if you take proper care of the plants like watering, giving sunlight and fertilization will make the plant greener and fruitful, whereas if you don’t it will be withered. it happens the same with our skin. only a few people concentrate on their daily nutrient requirements not all. many people even try to have it but they are not habitual to it so they forget it most of the time. so make a weekly plan and stick it on your kitchen wall until you get used to it.

do a little exercise every day. exercise improve your mental health and mood additionally it will help to deliver oxygen and nutrients to the skin which keeps the skin healthy and promotes new skin cells which keep the skin looking glowing and is also helpful for anti-ageing,

take adequate sleep, it should be a minimum of 7 to 8 hours. sleep improves our blood flow to the skin while we snooze and wake you up with brighter skin.

reduce the use of cosmetics and go for natural home remedies or switch to essential oils as they don’t have any side effects and works wonders on our skin.
